Our Story
The original Resource Mechanical, Inc. opened its doors over 35 years ago and earned a loyal following by delivering dependable residential and commercial HVAC service. When we purchased the business, we saw an opportunity to evolve it.
Our leadership brings something unique to the table. The owner has spent almost 40 years specializing in indoor air quality — long before it became a mainstream conversation. That deep expertise, combined with the legacy of Resource, allows us to offer a more complete approach to home and business comfort: not just temperature control, but true indoor wellness.
We also operate as a sister company to Able Environmental (a leader in professional indoor air quality testing, building science investigations, and inspection) and 877QuicDry (Houston’s trusted name in professional mold remediation). This family of companies gives our customers direct access to specialized expertise and services that most HVAC companies simply cannot provide. All three companies are state licensed. We have two mold consultants on staff and have relationships with other reliable mold partners in the testing and remediation fields.
